Colour: straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: pineapple, golden apple, yellow flowers and delicate notes of sweet spices. Taste: enveloping, fresh and sapid, supported by good minerality, it is a wine of great elegance and complexity that will give its best 3/4 years after the harvest. Vine varieties: 100% Grechetto di Todi clone G5 from sustainable agriculture. Pairings: aged cheeses, fish first courses, fish second courses. Service temperature: 12-14 °C.
