Colour: light straw yellow color with bright light gold reflections. Bouquet: memory of fresh wildflowers and chamomile with hints of banana, ripe pineapple and almond. Taste: good acidity, freshness and persistence. Savory note that supports nuances of grapefruit, pineapple, banana. Almond finish. Grapes: Grechetto, Sauvignon blanc. Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with not particularly elaborate first courses. Vegetarian or fish based. Service temperature: 12-14 °C.
