WINES
Type: wandering wine called in dialect "Decco", in Italian "qui" ("here"), to emphasize that here, in Foligno, the grapes were harvested and transformed. The symbol on the label: "Lu Poeta"; on April 11, 1472, the first copy of Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy was printed in Foligno by the Mainz prototypographer Giovanni Numeister, together with Evangelista Angelini of Trevi, with the collaboration of the Foligno mint master Emiliano Orfini. Nature: White wine. Color: it presents a golden yellow color. Bouquet: on the nose it expresses delicate aromas of aromatic herbs (thyme, basil, rosemary) and fruit (apple and peach). Taste: on the palate it is fresh, mineral, savory and slightly tannic with a long aromatic persistence accompanied by a hazelnut undertone. Grapes: Trebbiano Toscano 50%, Malvasia Bianca Lunga 30%, Grechetto 10%, Garganega 10%. Pairings: recommended for land and sea dishes. Serving temperature: 9-12 °C.
