Colour: deep straw yellow. Bouquet: the nose reveals delicate aromas of jasmine, white peach and Golden apple. Taste: warm and soft in the mouth, with mineral notes, ending with a slight mineral note. Grapes: 100% Grechetto. Pairings: suitable for appetizers and snacks, first courses, vegetarian dishes, all types of fish, excellent with seafood, grilled white meats and vegetables au gratin. Service temperature: 14-16 °C.
