Colour: pale straw yellow, with bright greenish reflections. Bouquet: reminiscent of yellow-fleshed fruit, apple and apricot, with delicate notes of acacia flowers. Taste: complex with a great balance between structure and acidity, with a notable initial breadth, sapid, with a pleasantly bitter finish typical of the variety. Grapes: 100% Grechetto. Pairings: it is best expressed with important dishes based on raw fish; it also goes well with goat and other medium-aged cheeses, as well as roast white meats, vegetable stews and important first courses. Service temperature: 10-12 °C.
