Type: Emozione is a blend in a variable percentage, depending on the vintages of the Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and San Felice cultivars. An extra virgin olive oil that fascinates for its finesse and harmony. Taste: at sight it is emerald green with golden reflections. The nose releases aromas that open as intense as elegant, with well-defined herbaceous notes combined with sensations of thistle and green apple. On the palate it convinces with balance, finesse and extraordinary harmony between bitter and spicy. Pairings: its balance makes it versatile, able to enhance and embellish multiple dishes. Excellent on salads, fish, meat, first courses. Directions for use: to season cold and hot dishes with a medium structure raw. For short cooking at high temperature.
