Shipments and deliveries
Deliveries are guaranteed throughout Italy (including the islands), with the methods reported in the paragraph 'conditions of use and right of withdrawal', however, if you want to have greater security on the order to be placed or carried out and on its delivery, we invite you to contact us by phone or email. Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by means of transporters or forwarders defined by Sapori dall'Umbria or its delegate, the goods travel at our risk! In the event of theft or loss, Sapori dall'Umbria undertakes to send the purchased goods free of charge; should they be unavailable and/or out of stock, it will offer a different product, with equivalent or similar characteristics, with the customer having the right to do not accept the replacement and request that a credit note be issued for the unwanted product. Sapori dall'Umbria carefully evaluates the price of the products, to always give the right quality-price ratio to the goods, by virtue of the increase that they will suffer due to transport. Sapori dall'Umbria does not intend to make profits on transport costs, therefore it will charge the same amounts that it will pay to the carrier, and these will be automatically calculated by the site server at the time based on the weight of the goods chosen or the offers.
