Conditions of use and right of withdrawal
Liability: In the event of theft, loss, or damage to the package/package, Sapori dall'Umbria undertakes to ship the purchased goods free of charge. Risk and Ownership: Goods are shipped carriage paid, with charges added to the invoice. Orders: Orders are accepted online. Customers placing orders online will receive, at the end of the order process, an email confirming their order, including the order number. If the order number is not displayed after placing the order, the offer will be deemed "not accepted" for all legal purposes, even for accounting or administrative reasons, or due to product shortages.

Sapori dall'Umbria reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold shipment of goods, even after accepting the order, to customers who are beyond their credit limit, have outstanding payments, or are in dispute.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days. working days from receipt of the goods. To make use of this right, the customer must return the products intact in their original packaging and packaging.
